Formación

• Minimum 2 years inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and assign tasks to ASWs and MFTIs.
• Assist Director in quality assurance and program development.
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling; information and referral.
• Coordinate referrals for financial assistance and supportive services.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning; coordinate discharge planning.
• Document and maintain clinical records for social service consults.
