Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• New Jersey LCSW licensure required.
• 2–4 years of hospital clinical experience preferred.

• Provide clinical counseling and crisis intervention for patients and families.
• Coordinate care across teams to ensure safe discharge planning.
• Navigate Medicare/Medicaid regulations and JCAHO guidelines.
