The Lead, Internal Communications & Engagement is a hands-on communications professional responsible for developing clear, timely, and engaging content that connects Associates to business priorities, culture, and key moments. Based in New York, this role supports both East and West Coast communications efforts through the planning, development, and execution of internal communications across multiple channels, including newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, event communications, associate campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
Working closely with the Senior Director, Communications & Engagement and key business partners, including HR and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Lead serves as a trusted communications advisor who translates complex information into clear, actionable content. This role helps strengthen communications planning, editorial standards, channel management, and process consistency while ensuring seamless execution of communication priorities across the organization. Success in this role requires strong writing and editorial skills, sound judgment, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution.

The base pay range for this role $81,000.00 to $135,400.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
