Maverick Content Studio LLC in Winter Park, FL seeks a highly organized on-site Production Coordinator to support pre-production, on-site shoots, and post-shoot asset management for multiple clients. You will lead call sheets, secure location permits, and manage freelance crews to ensure smooth production.

You will work with the Senior Manager of Production to maintain calendars, coordinate weekly shoots, and ensure timely delivery of assets across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of production experience, especially in social media/content.
• Strong portfolio of innovative, high-performing social/content production skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms, digital content, podcasting, and YouTube a plus.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills across teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Frame.io, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site production representative for Maverick shoots; coordinate crew and locations.
• Lead pre-production tasks: call sheets, location permits, freelance crew bookings.
• Manage production calendars and weekly shoot coordination across clients.
• Oversee post-shoot content delivery and asset management for editing/distribution.
• Participate in monthly creative kickoffs to align with project vision.
• Manage production budgets and track expenses to use resources efficiently.
