Arizona Charlie's Boulder is seeking a Lead Slot Attendant to support daily Slot department operations, lead teammates, and maintain service standards on the casino floor.

The role requires guiding peers, strong communication, and the ability to handle jackpots and basic machine issues while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of slot operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and serve as a resource to team members to support performance and adherence to standards.
• Support daily operations by monitoring work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality and safety.
• Act as shift lead and escalation point for basic issues, referring complex matters to management.
• Monitor assigned slot sections, respond to service calls, handle jackpots, and perform minor machine repairs.
• Ensure accuracy in voucher fills, printer refills, counterfeit bill inspection, and jackpot data entry.
• Maintain professional guest interactions on the casino floor and coordinate with other departments via radio.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to report irregularities or incidents requiring management attention.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service promptly to guests and team members in alignment with culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
