Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Skincare Specialist for an innovative dermatology and aesthetic practice. You will perform expert consultations, conduct advanced facial treatments, and tailor personalized skincare regimens for clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a licensed esthetician with medical-grade experience and certifications in peels, microneedling, or lasers. Strong communication and accurate records are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a licensed esthetician or skincare specialist with medical-grade focus.
Advanced certifications in chemical peels, micro-needling, laser or similar modalities.
Deep knowledge of skin anatomy and common dermatologic conditions.
Excellent communication and client management skills; strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations to diagnose concerns and recommend treatments.
Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling and related procedures.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product use and lifestyle factors.
Stay updated on dermatology advances and skincare ingredients.
Maintain accurate client records including treatment plans and progress.
