- Aesthetician certification or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as Advanced Skincare Specialist.
- Proficient in chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser therapies.
- Knowledge of skin types, conditions and corrective treatments.
- Excellent client consultation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Commitment to hygiene and client safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial treatments including deep cleansing and exfoliation.
- Operate and maintain lasers, IPL, and microneedling devices.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and diagnose conditions.
- Educate clients on home care and product recommendations.
- Stay updated on dermatology and skincare innovations.
- Maintain meticulous treatment records.
