Job summary

Winter Park Resort seeks Lead delivery Associates to deliver equipment rentals to guest accommodations, provide on-mountain support, and ensure smooth pickup and turnover of gear. You will uphold Ski Butlers and Winter Park customer service standards while managing daily operations with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

The role emphasizes on-site work, weekend/holiday availability, and interaction with guests to ensure memorable mountain experiences while maintaining safety and equipment

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Daily operations split into morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ski/snowboard rental fittings to guest accommodations and complete on-mountain support.
• Assist with on-mountain service and gear pickup at end of rental period.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels; pack orders for future deliveries.
• Plan routes, support calls and pickups for current and upcoming shifts; respond to guest inquiries.
