Job summary

OPC Contracting, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator in Willoughby, Ohio, to lead parking lot sitework projects. This role combines accurate cost estimating with project management from bid to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sitework estimating, strong proficiency in asphalt paving and concrete work, and excellent organizational skills. The position offers a competitive compensation package including health care and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sitework estimating and project management, especially in parking lot construction.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, concrete work, drainage systems, and site utilities.
• OSHA certification or strong safety background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for parking lot construction and rehabilitation.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee parking lot sitework including excavation and drainage.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors during project execution.
