Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Sitecore Engineer to develop and maintain sites on the Sitecore CMS, including headless solutions using SXA/JSS. You will work with React front‑end components and .NET/C# in Sitecore environments, while aligning with DevOps practices and integration patterns.

You will participate in design sessions, coach teammates, and ensure high quality through testing and collaboration across product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the Sitecore CMS platform.
1+ years building headless solutions using SXA and/or JSS.
Strong React-based front-end development integrated with Sitecore headless.
Proficiency in .NET/C# development within Sitecore environments.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON and integration patterns for headless CMS.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Git in a Sitecore delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Develop product planning and stories for complex features; guide junior teammates.
Lead feature reviews and document decisions while coaching newer members.
Create functional designs addressing complex business processes and features.
Configure or develop within Sitecore CMS; validate new vendor features.
Engage in pair programming and TDD to deliver headless Sitecore sites.
Provide training and help build team bench strength.
Evaluate software proposals against strategic directions and requirements.
Support module and integration testing for most projects; manage blockers.
Collaborate with business and tech teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
