Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to design and maintain enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions across XP, XM, and Cloud. You will work on backend C#/.NET, front-end tasks with headless patterns, and content modeling with Content Hub.

Emphasis on modular Helix architecture and scalable delivery. The role is fully remote (U.S.), full-time Direct W2, with a salary range of $100,000–$180,000 per year and 8+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of Sitecore development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Solid understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on with XP, XM, or XM Cloud and headless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Sitecore solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM and Content Hub.
• Build modular templates, layouts, and components following Helix principles.
• Develop backend services in C#/.NET using Sitecore APIs.
• Build headless implementations with JSS and Next.js front ends.
• Implement content modeling, taxonomy, and integrations with Content Hub.
• Integrate Sitecore with Send, Personalize, CDP, and OrderCloud.
• Migrate legacy XP/XM to XM Cloud and composable architectures.
• Implement personalization rules, A/B tests, and analytics for marketers.
• Optimize performance, caching, and CDN strategies for high traffic sites.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments; participate in reviews.
