Job summary

North Bay Children is seeking a Site Supervisor to provide leadership for the center, ensuring compliance with California licensing and NBCC objectives. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, recruit and register children, and contribute to curriculum development.

The role requires collaboration with the Area Director and staff, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a team environment. Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Any years of teaching experience in ECE Programs with AA/AS Degree or higher.
• Solid working knowledge of California Community Care Licensing requirements and CDE licensing.
• Obtain and maintain certification of Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR as required by California State Licensing.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a child development program including staff supervision, budgeting, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the program and ensure compliance with NBCC policies.
• Coordinate staff supervision, scheduling, and caregiver support.
• Maintain CACFP regulatory requirements and DRDPs.
• Foster positive communication with parents/guardians and staff.
• Monitor licensing requirements, enrollment, and student records.
