Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage field operations for commercial site development from inception through completion. You will coach staff, inspect work, manage labor budgets, and ensure work aligns with contract specs and schedules.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years’ experience in landscape, concrete, irrigation, and construction production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management or related.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with landscape, concrete, irrigation, and construction production techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, evaluate, and train staff and field workers in landscape construction services.
• Inspect field work; analyze and resolve problems.
• Manage labor force & subcontractors to keep labor budgets on track.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs; update production tracking reports.
• Dispatch labor and equipment to job sites.
• Manage equipment utilization and maintenance.
