Credence is seeking an Operations Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join its Cloud Managed Services Provider team in a hybrid role based at our Tyson's Corner headquarters in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate has hands-on Cloud Ops experience and strong AWS, Windows, and Linux expertise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives, develop metrics, and support incident management within established SLAs while interacting with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a technical leader in a cloud-focused operations role.
• Must hold DoD Public Trust (NAC-I) or higher clearance.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and AWS in GovCloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SRE across Windows, Linux, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
• Develop and report metrics for monthly deliverables.
• Lead incident management and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Document processes and improve automation and efficient workflows.
