Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in release or reliability engineering with complex deployments.
• Cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP and related monitoring.
• Automated deployment and monitoring tooling proficiency.
• Observability practices in logging, metrics and alerting.
• Knowledge of trends in release/reliability engineering.
• Strong problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with messaging and event queues.

Responsibilities

• Design automated deployment strategies across environments.
• Build and govern monitoring infrastructure for reliability.
• Define and refine release and reliability processes aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with SRE Leads, development and QA to streamline delivery.
• Stay current on trends to improve infrastructure and processes.
• Set and track KPIs/SLIs and report progress for improvements.
