The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory abilities, experience with machines like excavators and dozers, read plans, and maintain equipment. Valid driver’s license and outdoor versatility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with crew leadership and on-site decision-making.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, graders).
• Effective communication with crew, supervisors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Basic carpentry for formwork, layout, and concrete support.
• Maintenance skills for routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and ability to read plans/specs.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; strong problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate crews.

• Monitor quality and productivity; ensure work aligns with schedule and project specs.
