Job Description

The Leslie Company is seeking multiple Printing Press Machine Operators to become an integral part of our 1st Shift! Come join our excellent team and work for a successful print company that values its employees.

We are willing to train the right individual with machine aptitude and desire to learn!

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and operate silkscreen press equipment by reading the work order and determining the proper setup and ink colors.
  2. Oversee overall production and quality of printed products.
  3. Mix inks according to work order and PMS matching system.
  4. Maintain the quality of tickets, print, and color.
  5. Set up and monitor the silkscreen press equipment.
  6. Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues during printing.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous silkscreen press operator experience preferred but not required.
  2. Forklift certification preferred but not required.
  3. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  4. Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 35 lbs.
  5. Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, stoop, and kneel regularly.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Optional overtime may be available.
