Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks a Signals Analyst Level 2/3 to provide specialized technical expertise in PROFORMA, protocol analysis, and RF signal analysis within ICS/SCADA OT environments. The role supports USCC cyber missions with detailed signal characterizations and operational insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking and protocol analysis skills, plus hands-on RF experience, translating discoveries into actionable intelligence for mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 11+ years of experience or HS diploma with 15+ years of specialized technical experience.
• Active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance is required.
• Experience in signal deconstruction, parameter modeling, and OSC/OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deconstruct complex signal characteristics and model behavior across ICS/SCADA OT environments.
• Perform deep protocol analysis across industrial networks and RF signals to support intelligence missions.
• Translate signal findings into actionable intelligence and operational capabilities for USCC cyber missions.
