Nyla Technology Solutions delivers AI, data science, and software engineering services to the U.S. Government from its Columbia, MD base. The Signals Analyst will specialize in ICS/SCADA signal collection, evaluation, and processing, translating discoveries into intelligence to support national cyber objectives.

Active TS/SCI level clearance is required. The role partners with US Cyber Command to shape cyber operation planning, with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and actionable reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 3+ years in data science, NLP, or software engineering, OR HS diploma with 7+ years of specialized tech experience.
• OT/ICS communications protocols knowledge a plus (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5, BACnet, PROFINET).
• Experience with signals processing platforms and data analysis frameworks preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform technical signal collection, evaluation, and processing in ICS/SCADA environments.
• Translate signal discoveries into actionable intelligence and target development for cyber operations.
• Collaborate with US Cyber Command planners to integrate signal insights into mission workflows.
• Produce technical intelligence reports and signal profiles for partners.
