Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior technical leader to research, design, and develop signal collection, processing, and dissemination systems. You will craft novel algorithms, run performance simulations, and guide a technical team through lab and field testing, while contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

The role requires strong communication skills and prior leadership in EW, SIGINT, or radar contexts, with a active clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with extensive relevant experience
• Leadership of small multi-disciplinary technical teams and/or projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in EW, SIGINT and/or radar fields as a technical leader

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and development of signal collection, processing and dissemination systems
• Develop novel and advanced algorithms, performance simulation, and analysis
• Serve as Technical Team Lead
• Lead or support marketing and business development initiatives: develop technical solutions and new ideas for response to capture efforts
• Participate in, and/or lead, lab-based and field testing
• Communicate results in briefings and written material to your team, the Customer and management
