Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam (no CDL required).
• Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug/alcohol test.
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights using a ladder or boom.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on standard projects.
• Ensure job readiness and enforce safety standards.
• Perform all installation duties at or above Install Assistant Level 3 standards.
• Diagnose and complete sign service and repair work.
• Calculate concrete quantities required for job sites.
