Job summary

Signarama Austin is looking for a hands-on Lead Sign Installer to join their team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality installations while leading an install crew in a positive jobsite environment.

Responsibilities include the installation of various signs, operation of heavy equipment, and adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should have 3–5 years of installation experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in sign installation or related trades.
• Clean driving record; CDL or crane certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the install crew and maintain a positive jobsite environment.
• Install various sign types, including digital signs and LED retrofits.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
