Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in siding installation.
• Experience in management, supervision and/or leadership with mentoring/training others.
• Superior customer service and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
• The ability to maintain a steady schedule while meeting production goals and expectations.
• Desire to perform physical labor while working in year-round outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project duration from start to finish assuring quality installation and completion.
• Assist, supervise and manage the onsite crew, coordinating with supervisor and sales.
• Provide ongoing updates to customers with project details and address questions promptly.
• Maintain a safe worksite, free of debris and risk, with knowledge of rules and regulations.
