Job summary

NEP Group in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Warehouse/Shop Associate to compile equipment load lists, perform inventory, and support shop activities across the Display/Projection division. This role ensures smooth departure and return of gear and accurate packing for events.

You will load and unload trucks, organize equipment, and work with supervisors to maintain shop maintenance, check-in packages, and move items to proper locations. The position offers hourly pay and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• California Driver License with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a 17ft–24ft box truck.
• Experience in a warehouse or shop environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the departure and return of products and gear.
• Load and unload trucks as directed.
• Compile and scan the complete load list for events by picking, packing, and shipping all necessary equipment.
• Properly store and move equipment as needed.
• Maintain a high level of teamwork within the Field Shop in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Work with supervisors and other shop technicians to carry out proper shop maintenance.
• Check-in packages and move equipment to appropriate locations within the shop.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Technical Degree preferred; however, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Some experience in a warehouse or shop environment is desirable.
• Must be willing and able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., and be willing to seek assistance for anything over 50 lbs. (should not seek to do over 50 lbs. without assistance).
• California Driver License and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a 17ft-24ft box truck.
