Job summary

Partner Equipment Sales in Hazleton, PA is seeking an experienced Lead Shop Mechanic – Heavy truck and Equipment to join our garage. You will repair and refurbish fleet trucks and equipment for resale, performing mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work with accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Fabrication team to develop truck bodies, dump beds and other projects for external clients, while managing multiple tasks with organization, quality, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a garage environment.
• Knowledge of trucks and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Own tools required for automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented with a passion for quality and completion of projects.

Responsibilities
