Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a diesel truck shop.
• 3+ years in a leadership role or service writer role.
• Customer service and leadership qualities.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer and basic applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians diagnosing and repairing trucks using technical manuals.
• Provide technical support to service office & customers.
• Test drive repaired vehicles and assist with troubleshooting.
• Distribute repair orders fairly and adjust estimates as needed.

Skills

Customer service and leadership qualities
