Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Lead Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage ERP-based operations and oversee forklift-based material handling at the Dillon site. You will generate documents like BOLs, packing slips, CofA, and invoices, while leading monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift/roll-clamp experience and strong computer skills with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle). You will coordinate with planning and accounting to align inventory with production and supervise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift or roll-clamp operation experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and bills of lading (BOLs) for shipments.
• Lead cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods monthly.
• Coordinate inventory control with Planning and Accounting departments.
• Verify material requirements and align inventory with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and documentation.
