Job summary

Dunkin Donuts franchise is hiring a Lead Shift Leader to support the General Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help recruit, train, and coach Crew Members and Shift Leaders, while driving store performance and brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment through coaching, feedback, recognition, and effective communication.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training Crew Members and Shift Leaders as directed by the General Manager.
• Support development of team members through cross-training, deployment, and delegated responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance and address concerns promptly.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional guest service standards.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed consistently.
• Drive sales through proper execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and cash through delegation and processes.
• Maintain focus on safety and cleanliness for team and guests.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to assess the restaurant, plan actions, and implement improvements.
• Comply with restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with General Manager to assess restaurant, develop action plans to target opportunities, and implement plans designed to achieve goals.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Qualifications:

• Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
