Job summary

Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking a Shift Coordinator to lead daily shift operations and provide direct behavioral rehabilitation services to adults with brain injuries in Johns Creek, GA.

This role combines mentorship of staff with hands-on care, ensuring clinical standards are met, documenting progress, and supporting residents in daily living and social skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, or human services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and mentor Behavior Techs in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
• Serve as the primary on-shift clinical direction contact and liaise with management.
• Review and implement behavioral plans, protocols, and strategies on shift.
• Maintain detailed shift documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
