Responsibilities include reviewing certifications, reading blueprints, CAD assessments, leading ductwork installation, and ensuring SMACNA standards and HVAC knowledge are applied on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Blueprint reading and CAD interpretation.
• SMACNA standard compliance.
• HVAC systems knowledge.
• Measurement and precision tolerancing.
• Quality inspection and testing.

Responsabilités

• Review OSHA 30 certification, apprenticeship records, and experience documents.
• Administer blueprint reading assessment.
• CAD proficiency evaluation.
• Introduction to McKenney's project management systems and safety protocols.
• Lead or co-lead a ductwork installation project.
• Mentor an apprentice on 1 project task.
• Interpret and execute SMACNA-compliant specifications.
• Independently manage a project from bid through completion.
