Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in the greater Stow, OH area. You will lead a crew of 5–6, train team members, and coordinate with field supervisors to communicate with customers and management.

Expect year-round work and a competitive compensation package starting at $80k+ based on experience, with a strong focus on safety and paperwork oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial roofing.
• Experience with metal roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and travel out of town.
• Knowledge of standing seam, double lock trap panel, R panel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5–6 people and work with field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Oversee paperwork, time sheets, and ensure CentiMark safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with crews and manage on-site safety and quality controls.
