Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Nashville is seeking a Lead Setter to engage with customers at Costco and Lowe's stores. The position requires a tech-savvy individual with strong customer service skills who can provide accurate information and schedule appointments.

Work hours are Thursday to Sunday, between 10 AM and 8 PM, and familiarity with an iPad is required. Join our team and help provide comfort and peace-of-mind through our generator services.

Job description

Generator Supercenter is looking for results-driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe’s customers inside our retail stores.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
• Research potential clients and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs.
• Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
• Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas.
• Thursday – Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM – 8 PM
• Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important.
• Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
• Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
