Lead ServiceNow Developer - NowAdvantage Team

This full-time, remote position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to work flexible hours within U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Advisory: Guide customers through ServiceNow capabilities, oversee SOWs, and mentor junior developers.
2. Multiproduct & Multicustomer Development: Lead ServiceNow development across various product suites, develop integrations, and manage multiple projects.
3. Agile Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Resolve complex issues, utilize Agile/DevOps methodologies, and enhance platform functionality.
4. Collaboration & Business Development: Partner with sales, develop technical roadmaps, and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including major product suites.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Expertise in ServiceNow administration, integrations, and ITIL processes.
• Certifications: CSA, two CIS certifications; within 6 months, CAD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, Security Operations.
• Experience with third-party integrations and Web Services.
