The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow implementations and AI capabilities, with proven experience in mentoring multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree and consulting experience in a Big 4 organization are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow NOW Assist implementations.
• 5+ years of consulting experience in a Big 4 firm.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and drive innovation.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members.
