Responsibilities:

· Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and single-ply membranes.

· Conduct inspections to assess roofing conditions, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to detect leaks, cracks, and other roofing problems.

· Collaborate with the project team to develop roofing plans, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure project timelines are met.

· Safely operate and maintain roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.

· Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

· Document work performed, including materials used, repairs made, and hours worked.

Requirements:

· Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing installation and repair.

· Extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and materials.

· Proficient in using roofing tools, equipment, and machinery.

· Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow safety guidelines.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Qualifications:

· Certification or training in commercial roofing systems.

· Experience with different types of roofing membranes and coatings.

· Knowledge of modified bitumen roofing systems and ability to use roofing torch.
