Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Waukesha and North Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Lead Service Technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, professional customer service, and helping others succeed.

This is a working leadership position requiring completion of residential and light-commercial projects, setting the standard for workmanship, communication, organization, and job-site professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more in handyman/remodeling/building maintenance.
• Broad knowledge of residential repairs and improvements.
• Experience leading or mentoring other tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Lead by example and mentor other technicians.
• Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the office for additional work and scheduling.
• Maintain an organized, safe job site.
