Pay Rate: $28.00-35.00/hour*

Summary:
The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
- Providing status updates on parts and repairs to support staff and customers.
- Completing service calls accurately and promptly.
- Auditing truck stock to ensure necessary parts are available.
- Maintaining service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to safety standards.
- Meeting on-call requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Successful background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical skills are a plus.
- Journeyman license and/or CFESA certification are a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good driving record.
