Caldwell Electrical Contractors, Inc. seeks a skilled Foreman to oversee industrial electrical service projects from start to finish. You will lead field crews, ensure safe, high‑quality work, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering projects on time.
The role requires five years of field installation experience, expertise in motor controls, PLCs, HMIs, and the ability to read electrical drawings and P&IDs. You must be prepared for overtime and to mentor apprentices on site.
The Foreman will oversee, direct, and manage industrial electrical service projects from beginning to end. The Foreman will present in a professional manner, build long‑term customer relationships, and lead field crews performing industrial electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, installations, shutdowns, startups, and commissioning while consistently delivering safe, high‑quality solutions.
