Job Summary:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance of dry vents and developing new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duct cleaning at residential locations
• Communicate the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners
• Demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services
• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Manage customer relations and ensure quality customer service
• Work well with team members and perform duties at a high level

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics
• Must be able to work nights and weekends occasionally
• Must be able to travel out of town occasionally
