Job Description:

Healthcare Lead Service Associate

The primary responsibilities of our Healthcare team include order fulfillment—receiving priority healthcare products into our warehouse, storing stock, processing orders, and providing customer service support. Our team plays a vital role in handling medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals, and more.

We deliver speed, consistency, flexibility, and visibility through a customer-first approach. For us, it’s more than a package; it’s a patient. 1. Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse activities and performance.
  2. Lift up to 70 lbs.
  3. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickers up to 28 feet high.
  4. Use radio frequency (RF) scanners to perform warehouse tasks electronically.
  5. Execute tasks accurately following defined processes with minimal supervision.
  6. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for outbound, inbound, and inventory control activities.
  7. Maintain transaction accuracy while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
  8. Work in various environments, including ambient, refrigerated, and freezer storage spaces.
  9. Legal right to work in the U.S.
  10. Successful completion of background check and drug screening required.
