Lead Server/Supervisor - Full Time Sunday - Thursday 11 am to 7 pm

Join our team as a Lead Server/Supervisor at Benchmark Senior Living.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Server/Supervisor to ensure excellent dining service for our residents. This role involves supervising dining operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and managing staff scheduling and training.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all table linens are ironed and clean, napkins are neatly folded, and cutlery and glasses are spotless.
  • Prepare the dining area for each meal service.
  • Address resident concerns or service issues promptly.
  • Manage staffing, ensure proper attire, and oversee the scheduling of dining staff.
  • Account for all residents during meals and report no-shows to management.
  • Coordinate room service meals delivery and pickup.
  • Interview, hire, and train new dining staff.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Knowledge of dietary procedures and health regulations related to food service.
  • Previous experience in dining room service preferred.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
