Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Lead Server to support residents with daily menus, monitor residents' food intake, train servers, and supervise dining staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Interview prospective servers and make recommendations to Executive Director regarding hiring decisions.
• Train servers by example in job requirements and orient them to Community operations.
• Schedule staff according to Community guidelines, and state regulations.
• Provide coaching and supervision to serving staff, including termination if appropriate.
