Job summary

Arbor Company is seeking a friendly Server to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus for residents. You will bring cheerful energy to meals, assist residents with special requests, and work with the team to keep the dining area welcoming and spotless.

The role emphasizes resident relations, courteous service, and teamwork. A level 2 background check is required, and the workplace values respect, growth, and inclusive care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner.
