Job summary

Renewyx in San Francisco, CA seeks a Lead Senior Superintendent to lead a growing multifamily construction pipeline in the Bay Area. You will own the schedule, budget, subs, and safety across ground-up multifamily builds, from mobilization to closeout.

The role requires a proven track record on ground-up multifamily projects, strong command of scheduling and safety, experience with wood-frame podium or wrap-style buildings, and proficiency in Procore or similar PM software, plus mentoring junior

Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Lead Senior Superintendent for their multifamily construction pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Big pipeline. Ground-up multifamily. Room to lead.

Run the job site day to day. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety across ground-up multifamily builds. Keep the project moving from mobilization to closeout.

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
• Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety
• Wood-frame podium or wrap-style multifamily experience
• Procore or similar project management software
• Experience mentoring assistant superintendents
• $170,000 to $190,000 base salary + above market benefits
• San Francisco Bay Area, on-site
• Active, growing multifamily pipeline
