Job summary

Global Alliant Inc. is seeking a Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer to work remotely with US-based candidates.

The role requires you to own the delivery of Salesforce solutions and architect scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, mastery of Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and strong deployment skills using ANT and change sets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce.com development and implementation experience.
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and test classes.
• Experience deploying metadata using ANT and change sets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead design.
• Lead or assist in sprint planning and team management.
• Deliver on time with a predictable schedule.

Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote -Candidates should possess US Citizenship, reside in US and be willing to go through the federal background check due to the nature of the client.

Job Requirement

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce.com applications development and implementation using Apex Classes / Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force Page/Components, Test Classes, schedule jobs, batch jobs and email services.
• Experience with Workflow and Approvals, Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots, Custom Objects and Custom Settings, Reports, Validation rules.
• Experience in packaging and deploying applications, deploying meta-data between environments using ANT and change sets.
• Experience translating business requirements to technical specifications and working with the development team.
• Lead and/or assist in requirement analysis, technical design, data modeling, sprint planning and team management.
• Take ownership responsibility of product delivery on time with a predictive schedule and reliability.
