The candidate will lead technical efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery of Enterprise Salesforce applications with Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, while upholding best practices and governance.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.

Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.

Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is an advantage.
