Job summary

Augment CXM is looking for a seasoned Frontend Developer to lead the design and implementation of our flagship product in San Francisco. The role focuses on using cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of frontend development experience, skilled in ReactJS and Material-UI. We offer comprehensive health benefits, an unlimited vacation policy, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably in startup/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Leadin the design and implementation of our flagship product
• Prototype and iterate new feature sets infused with the latest AI technologies
• Help define technologybest-practices and research future platform iteration
• Help to hire, mentor and grow our current and future product team
• Work with high-quality, rich datasets from our Fortune 500 clients to drive insights for our customers

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience leading, or playing a critical role in front end development for 5+ years, ideally in startup/SaaS environments
• Proficiency in leading front end technologies ReactJS, Material-UI, CSS/HTML/JS
• Experience with standard practices like Scrum/Agile, TDD are a plus
• Experience mentoring other talented engineers
• Bachelor in Computer Science or similar experience

Bonus Points

• Experience with any/all of the following: ReactJS, Material-UI, CSS/HTML/JS, TDD, Scrum/Agile, AWS, Python
• Experience writing Redux actions and reducers
• Modern performance and accessibility practices
