Job summary

Quantum Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to drive delivery with a focus on code quality, reliability, and exceptional user experience. You will mentor engineers and raise the bar across architecture, testing, and documentation.

You’ll partner with product, UX, and backend teams to translate product outcomes into scalable UI solutions, establish engineering hygiene with PR reviews and automated testing, and promote AI-assisted engineering to improve velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on engineering experience, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend architecture patterns at scale (e.g., Micro Frontends) and monorepo tooling (e.g., Nx).
• Strong testing mindset, including unit/functional/integration testing.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience improving coding velocity and quality using GenAI and agentic tools (e.g., Copilot); experience integrating LLM capabilities into engineered solutions is a plus.
• - Experience with NGINX and modern deployment patterns.
• - Experience designing and consuming APIs and working effectively with microservices.
• - Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/Pivotal or similar) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• - Engineering experience in fintech (Investment Banking or Capital Markets preferred)."
