Qualifications

• Active law license in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction (preference for NY or MA).
• Substantial hands-on commercial litigation experience with case strategy, filings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Own senior-creditor enforcement matters from assessment to resolution.
• Draft and advance pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other litigation materials; appear where admitted.
• Direct and manage outside counsel and the enforcement network; set budgets and objectives.
• Oversee Account Debtor matters and defend the company in claims or litigation when required.
