As a Lead Senior Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, you’ll play a strategic role guiding enterprise clients through full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and digital transformations. You'll work closely with solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to shape systems that align with business goals. This role combines technical leadership, strategic consulting, and hands-on solution development — all within a collaborative and growth-minded team culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for D365 CE/CRM and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical best practices.
  • Partner with solution architects to design robust business processes, customizations, and integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to define client needs, present solution options, and drive organizational change.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure delivery meets project governance standards.
  • Deliver demos, proof of concepts, and joint design sessions that showcase platform capabilities.
  • Guide configuration, security, infrastructure, and change management decisions.
  • Contribute thought leadership and mentor internal teams on functional and architectural solutions.
  • Build prototypes to clarify complex client scenarios and recommend innovative solutions.
  • 6+ years in client-facing roles leading D365 CE implementations or upgrades, with at least 10 full lifecycle projects.
  • Expertise in business process design, integration technologies, and Power Platform solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder alignment, and digital transformation principles.
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with D365 CE implementation methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, etc.
  • Experience with combined ERP and CRM projects is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across the U.S. and Canada (up to 50%).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship.
  • Remote-first work culture with optional access to office locations.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
  • 401(k) match (U.S.) / RRSP benefits (Canada).
  • Paid parental leave and flexible time off policies.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Learning and development allowances.
  • Paid business mileage and home office/wellness stipends (U.S. only).
  • Charitable donation matching, wellness programs, and employee support services.
  • Flexible schedules and mobile/internet reimbursement.
